She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Chitty and Emmy Massey Morrison; and her sons, Eddie Reed III and Terry Lynn Reed. She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Maddox (Larry) and Geri Powell (Brad); her grandchildren, Kyle Reed, Brad Powell, Jr. (Thalia), Emmie Cate Ferguson (Richard), Graci Doster (Banks) and Tucker Maddox; her great grandchildren, Skyler Reed, Sam "Bean" Reed and Axel Doster; and her great great grandchild Kyree Reed.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Gray Memorial Chapel (4378 Gray Hwy, Gray, GA 31032). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
