He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Jim and Thelma Alice Hall Foskey. He is survived by: his significant other Clint Sims; and his siblings, Maudie Martin (Randy) and Cleve Foskey (Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
