He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey O. Brower and Alice C. Brower; and his sister Tabitha F. Hanks. He is survived by: his brothers, Chris Brower (Pauline), John T. Brower (Carol) and James L. Brower; his brother-in-law Jimmy Hanks; and his nieces and nephews, Christy Carmen (Chad), Amanda Kirwan (Matt), Jamie Littleton, Chris "Boot" Brower (Brooke), John Brower (Brittany), Danny Proctor (Brittany) and Brad Proctor. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
