In the vast expanse of eternity, Harry shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Harry farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his mother Lee Ragland; and his sister Laura Jenette Sontag. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ragland; his children, Nick Ragland and Erin Ragland (Mathew Grizzard); his brothers, Lee Ragland, Jr. and Jimmy Ragland; and his parents-in-law, Paul, Kay Mathena and Remi.
