He was predeceased by : his parents, Bill and Barbara Faye Hubbard; his brothers, Shorty Brooks and Michael Hubbard; and his son-in-law Terry Lee Burgamy Jr..

He is survived by : his children, John Wayne Hubbard Jr., Tonya Burgamy (Troy Dufford), Wendy Walker (Shane), Patti Hubbard and Tina Hubbard; and his stepchildren, Tai Trang, Loi Trang, Binh Trang, Ngoc Manivanh and Jadi Le.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Jones County Animal Shelter 1015 Monticello Highway Gray, GA 31032.
