He was predeceased by: his mother Anne Connor Rousseau; and his siblings, Jeanne Knight, Elaine Baxter and Charles Willis. He is survived by: his daughter Shannan Zinnert (Chris) of Kahoka, MO; his grandchildren, Tristin, Lane, Carson, Isabel, Eily, Madilyn and Gunner; and his brothers, Joe Baxter, Victor Baxter and Mark Rousseau. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
