She is survived by : her husband Randy Meadows; her son Randy Kevin Meadows (Amber) of Gray, Georgia; her grandchildren, Ava Claire Meadows, Evan Meadows, Aubree Meadows and Sawyer Reid Meadows; her nephews, Kyle McElroy and Christopher McElroy of Lexington; her cousins, Paulette Anderson (late Jackie) of Watkinsville, Latrelle Thomas (Billy) of Murrayville, Carolyn Gaines (late Frank) of Winterville, Janice Adams (late Melvin) of Commerce, Judy Williams (Jerry) of Gainesville, Melba Hawkes (David) of Conyers and Paul Lester (Debbie) of Colbert, Georgia; her siblings-in-law, Larry Wade Meadows (Florine), Debra McElroy of Athens, Betty Adams (late David) of Gray, Patricia Donihoo (Joel) of Macon and Donna Hill (Jimmy) of Gray; and her daughter-in-law Kristi Meadows of Gray.
