He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Donald and Patricia Blom. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Blom; his children, Michael Blom Jr. (Cristy) of Opelika, Tim Blom (Lindsey) of Fishers, Jason Blom of Mt. Pulaski, Lisa Robertson (Derrick) of Gray, Georgia and Paul Blom of Chapel Hill; his grandchildren, Lauren Koger (Daniel), Makenzie Blom, Spencer Blom, Aubrey Blom, Grace Elgan, Jordan McIntyre and Logan McIntyre; and his siblings, Sue Waller (Brian) of Harris, Nancy Blom of Fridley and David Blom (Jill) of Braham, Minnesota..
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Gray Methodist Church (121 Gordon St, Gray, GA 31032). Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
