He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Brown; his children, Michael Brown (Lisa), Lee Brown (Rebekah) and Josh Brown (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Michael Brown Jr., Amber Tompkins (Shaun), Madyson Heffington, Eloise Brown and Thaddeus Brown; his great grandchildren, Greg and Carter Tompkins; his mother Betty Ann Kitchens; and his brother Daniel Brown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Eatonton Memorial Park.
