He is survived by: his wife Ginger Mayhue; his children, Ashley Bunn (Matt), Matt Mayhue (Delta) and Brooke Stanford (Marcus); his grandchildren, Landon, Mayson, Aria, Maverick and Mallex; and his siblings, Chuck Mayhue (Michelle) and Renee Lessel (Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
