He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma Irene Legg; and his parents-in-law, Thelma Lane and Larry Deason. He is survived by: his wife Crissy D. Legg; his children, Haley Taylor (James), Nicholas D. Legg (Samantha) and Skylar Dominy (Karissa); his granddaughters, Alice and Thea Taylor; his father Roger D. Legg Sr. (Marilyn); his sisters, Beth Edmonson (Brian), Sherry (Ken Gordon), Brenda (Jon Kent) and Terri Pinnell; and his mother-in-law Pat Deason. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Plentitude Baptist Church (145 Plentitude Church Rd, Gray, GA 31032). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Plentitude Baptist Church Building Fund.
