She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin E. Self and Thelma Mable Adams Self; her son Ray Berryhill; her stepdaughters, Debra Jackson and Angela Hartzog; her stepgranddaughter Jessica James; and her former husband Clinton.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Leacroy; her daughter-in-law Donna Berryhill; her stepson Charles E. James, Jr. (Arlene); and her son-in-law Mike Hartzog. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
