Maddox; his daughters, Shelia Maddox Payne (Keith) of Twiggs County and Amanda Maddox of Jones County; his grandchildren, William Kody Payne (Maggie) of Twiggs County and Kayce Lazelle Payne of Twiggs County; his great grandchildren, Juliette Payne and Kayde Payne; his brothers, Gene Maddox (Carol) and Bill Maddox of Jones County; and his sisters-in-law, Grace Maddox Mullis, Ruby Maddox and Peggy Naugle Maddox. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
