He was predeceased by : his parents, Tommie Woodard and Daisy Franks Woodard; his former life partner Lois Jeanette Harrison Woodard; his siblings, Thomas Woodard, Jr. and Rosie Woodard Landrum; and his stepson Greg Howell.
He is survived by : his wife Francis Dukes Woodard; his children, JT Woodard, Jr., Jordan Woodard (Harriet), Mark Woodard (Mona) and Brenda Woodard; his stepson Scott Dukes; his sister Patsy Howard; and his grandchildren, Christie Moore, Heather Woodard, Jacob Woodard and Mackenzie Woodard. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; 7 step great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
