She was predeceased by : her husband Jack M. Johnston, Sr.; and her parents, Andrew Garner Cash, Sr. and Annie Lou Cash (Sells). She is survived by : her children, Susan Williams and Jack M. Johnston, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Johnston; her grandchildren, Joshua Johnston, Rebecca Peterson and Stacey James; and her great grandchildren, Haley Peterson, Jacelyn Johnston and Jax Hatton.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN. 38105 or to Your Favorite Charity.
