She was predeceased by : her parents, Andrew Jorgensen and Elsie Jorgensen (Steffen); her husband Richard L. Garstang; her brother John; and her siblings-in-law, Arlene Jorgensen, Eric Stock and Margaret Bettendorf.

She is survived by : her children, Penny Dresselhaus (Rick), Todd Garstang (Amy) and Tim Garstang (Dixie); her grandchildren, Dawn Copeland (Matthew), Stacey Sheckler (Ryan), Bridget Hedgecock (Justin), Dan Dresselhaus, Michael Dresselhaus (Lacey) and Claire Stichter (Dustin); her great grandchildren, Andy (Madison), Olivia (Spencer), Ella, Brett, Jonah, Jacob, Ethan, Owen, Emily, Evan, Avery, Adam, Elsie and Lottie; and her siblings, Andrew Jorgensen (Sandy), Shirley Brown (Richard), Nancy Stock, Mary Baker (Larry) and Larry (Linda).
