She is survived by: her children, Sara Cash and Sonny Spratlin (Vicki Pittas Spratlin); her grandchildren, David Ray Cash, Dana Morgan, Alexandra Kendall and Carey Lee Spratlin; her great grandchildren, Micheal Cole, Mathew Cole, Mason Morgan, Noah Cash, Anna Cash, Victoria Kendall and Diana Kendall; and her nieces and nephews, Vallie Polchan, Debra Redmond, Deanna Ingram, George Ingram, Becky Spratlin, Lynn Spratlin and Martin Dale Spratlin.
