She was predeceased by: her father Paul Smith; her parents-in-law, Morgan and Catherine Moore; and her brother-in-law John Fazio. She is survived by: her husband Francis Joseph Moore; her children, Ryan Paul Moore, Taylor Phillip Moore and Shannon Thomas; her son-in-law Rocco Thomas; her grandchildren, Kennedy Moore, Jackson Thomas, Cason Thomas and Sarah Whitney; her mother Jeanette Smith; her siblings, Debbie (Michael Barnard), Paula (Bob Opel), Jeanette (Mike Koller), Judy Smith, Marian (Javier Rodriguez), Michelle (Art Spindler), Joanie (Mike Rusinchak) and Paul; her siblings-in-law, Mona Smith, Kevin, Eileen Moore, Karen Fazio, Deborah Moore, Brian, Jennifer Moore, Dawn Stephens, Kathyann, James Rosendahl and Gerard Moore; and her godchildren, Jennifer Huntzinger and Alex Rusinchak. She is also survived by numerous loving Nieces and Nephews.
