She is survived by : her husband Harry Reeves Waters of Grayson; her children, Doug, Janet Russell of Loganville and Alan Russell of Carrabelle, FL; her grandchildren, Blake Russell and Bailey Russell; and her brothers, Herman (April Haney) and James (Mary Haney).
