He is survived by: his mother Ielean Henderson Collins of Georgia; his sister Leslie Adamson (Tim) of Marion; his sibling's children, Elizabeth Horner (Josh) of Delaware and Timothy S. Adamson of Marion; and his aunts and uncles, Cathy Athey (John) of Galion, Martha Louise Collins of Marion, Wanda Collins (Becky Rich) of Marion, Orville Henderson (Theresa) of Georgia, John R. and Ben Collins (Cheryl) of Ohio.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wheelersburg Memorial Burial Park (10556 Gallia Pike, Wheelersburg, OH 45694).
