He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Fitzpatrick and Millie McGinty Wilson; his wife Flossie Avis Greene; his brother Joseph Henry Wilson; and his grandson Joseph Norris, Jr. (Joey).
He is survived by: his daughters, Virginia Wilson Norris (Mike), Ann Wilson and Donna Wilson; his sisters, Julia Wilson McCannon and Martha Wilson Nelms; his grandson Stephen Norris (Shelly); and his great grandchildren, Katie, Lilly, Abbie Norris and Joseph Norris III (Loretta Whittaker). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
