He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Ivey and Mary Lee Shank; and his siblings, George, Eugene, Julius Williams and Hattie Rivers.

He is survived by : his children, Mary Williams of Crawfordville, Tequillia Evans of Warrenton, Georgia and Ronnie Williams, Jr. of Crawfordville, Georgia; his grandchildren, Jasir Rollins, Ronnie Williams, III, KeMonte Williams, KeMarious Williams, Jada Moore, Jayla Evans and Varijah Andrews; his siblings, Laura Williams, Lois Burnette, Robin Bonner of Warrenton, Georgia, Melvin Shanks of Atlanta, Frank Williams (Carolyn), Jimmy Williams of Warrenton and Jimmie Curtis of Lawrenceville; his siblings-in-law, Lewis Rivers of Warrenton, Georgia and Idell Williams; his aunt Susie Bonner; and his friend Linda Parker of Union Point, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Adrick Alexander Chapel (12273 W Broad St, Sparta, GA 31087).
