He is survived by : his parents, Robert Paul Johnson and Christine Michelle Ferrell Johnson; his wife Avery Johnson; his siblings, Clayton Johnson and Kaylee Mealor; his grandparents, Elizabeth Ferrell and Ronnie Ferrell; his parents-in-law, Mandy and Doug Halstead; his aunts and uncles, Artie Keys (Beverly), Wayne Ferrell, Linda McCoy (Fred), Elizabeth Hayes (Dennis), Cliff Johnson (Vanusa), Ruth Peeples (Danny), Lee Johnson (Gayla), Tommy Johnson, Barbara VanMeerten (James) and Patricia Fountain (Robert); his sisters-in-law, Nina Halstead and Rilee Croker; and his cousins, Avery Ferrell, Dustin Ferrell, Mike McCoy (Lisa), Wendy Creel (Jay), Joey Johnson (Susan), Justin Hayes (Amber), Erica McCoy (Mike), Matthew Peeples (Lauren), Christopher Peeples (Destiny), Karlee Ferguson (Chaz), Katie Johnson, Adriele Holanda Ximenes (Humberto), Bianca Johnson, Jennifer McMillian, James Van Meerten, Amanda Keys, Michael Keys and Jack Loumakis.
