He was predeceased by: his parents, George Willis Corley (Ruby Agnes McRae) and Ruby Corley; his sister Lynnette Corley; his wife Carolyn Corley; his grandson Jason Lee Roberson; and his great grandchild Theo Fisher.

He is survived by: his children, Willis Edward Corley Jr., Ruby Ann Fernandez (Wayne), George Corley (Lou) and Tanya Cole; his grandchildren, Blayne Fernandez (Kaitlin), Tiffany Cole, Kasey Fernandez (Martin), Kristany Bell (Gene), Zackarie Cole, Kristopher Cole and Carolyn Corley; his great grandchildren, Ashanti Adams, Jordan Adams, McKinleigh Bell, Londyn Adams, Sophia Bell, Kaia Fisher, Amelia Bell, Gannon Fernandez and Elijah Bell; and his brother-in-law Donald Padgett (Darlene). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
