He is survived by: his siblings, Walter, Leo, Joe, Sam Captino and Jennie Captino Phillips; his wife Beth Captino; his children, Mark Captino (Susan) of Peachtree City, GA, Chris Captino (Pam) of Canton and Amy Captino Zimmerman (Tim) of Marietta, GA; his children-in-law, Karen Cauley Barfield (Webster) of Macon, GA and Kevin Cauley (Raina) of Thomasville, GA; his grandchildren, Julia Captino of Canton, GA, Emily Captino of Canton, GA, Seth Daniel of Brunswick, GA, Cason Daniel Eason (Jonathan) of Macon, GA, Sam Daniel of Macon, GA, Courtney Daniel of Macon, GA, Grace Cauley of Athens, GA and Ava Cauley of Thomasville, GA; his great grandchildren, Zola Grace Crosby of Athens, GA and Eli Eason of Macon, GA; his sister Bernice Captino Lauterbach of Plano, TX; his brother-in-law Burke Harrison (Vicki); and his nieces and nephews, Linda Phillips Westbury, Dawn Captino Runyan, Tracy Captino Lea, Drew Phillips, Joe Phillips, Keith Lauterbach, Sam Captino, Danny Captino, Walter Capatino and Andrew Capatino.
