Barb Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on July 29, 2025, at the age of 81, Barb Carter of Griffin, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Lawrence Klinges and Mildred Honeychurch Klinges; and her husband Richard H. Carter. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Ginther (Jeffrey), R. Mark Carter (Lauri) and Matthew Carter (Rachel); her grandchildren, Andrew Ginther, Jackson Ginther, Scout Carter, Harper Carter and Mallory Carter; and her sister Patricia Starling (Jay Starling).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in her memory to Saint George Episcopal Church Griffin, Georgia, or Christ Episcopal Church, Kent, Ohio.
