She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Alton Smith and Nannie Mavis; her husband James Collins; and her brother Phillip Smith. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Anderson, Frankie Collins (Judy) and Betsy Crane (Randy); her grandchildren, Nick, Matt, Lindsey, Chase, Melissa and Jordan; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Collin, Savannah, Sterling, Brailey and Braxton.
