She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Wallace and Janie Hammond Wallace; her daughter Terrie Ann; her grandchildren, Johnathan and Marianna Pitts; and her aunt Shirley Hammond.
She is survived by: her husband Z. Dorton Smith; her children, Jason and Maria; her siblings, John Wallace (Heidi), Sheila Goen (Randy) and Beth McDavid (Roger); her grandchildren, Angela Lewis (Philip), Jacob Pitts, Bailey and Parker Smith; and her great grandchildren, Ariana, Deegan, Kingston and Adalena Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
