He was predeceased by : his father Herschel Cook. He is survived by : his mother Wanda Ahnen; his stepfather John Ahnen; his children, Bryce Cook and Raelyn Benson; his former life partner Stacey Cook; his sister Shanna Williams; his uncle Randy Prince; and his aunt Linda White. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the TBD Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223).
