He is survived by: his wife Debra Latham Smith; his sons, Stephen Dustin Smith (Gabrielle White Smith) and Blake Alexander Smith; his grandchildren, Dylan Smith (Emma), Taylor Smith and Blakelyn Smith; and his sister Karen Smith Turner (Danny).
