She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chester and Willie Lee Byars Polk; her husband Albert C. Busbee; her stepdaughter Tina Sims; and her great grandchild Zoey Molton.
She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Busbee McDevitt (Rodney); her stepdaughter Teri Loper (Daniel); her grandchildren, Hunter Thomas (Tindol), Hailey Thomas, Michael Robinson, Brett McDevitt (Felicia), Maggie McDevitt, Kelli Goolsby (Britt), James Molton and April Speer (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, Logan Molton, Lexi Speer, Asher Speer, Annalee Speer, Kaylei Goolsby, Bryson Goolsby, Kenslei Goolsby, Waylon Molton, Hartley Thomas, Gunner McDevitt, Greyleigh McDevitt, Nathaniel Loper, Michaelyn Loper, Gabe Loper and Zeke Loper; her siblings, Wayman Polk (Bebe), Jean Tollerson and Brenda Fisher (Richard); and her siblings-in-law, Betty Jean Sowell, Nell Polk and Truman Busbee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
