He was predeceased by: his birth mother Claire Collins Whitaker; and his stepmother Sue Whitaker. He is survived by: his wife Romy Whitaker; his daughters, Lisa (Steffen Graefinger) and Michelle (Kevin Assari); his grandchildren, Hanna Maria, Eva Marie Graefinger, Enzo Christopher and Adelaide Grace Assari; his father Doug Whitaker; and his siblings, Angie Arwood, Amanda Whitaker and Rob Whitaker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and many lifelong friends.
