She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Lovelady and Emma L. Lovelady; her brother Theo; and her husband James Floyd Howard. She is survived by: her children, J. Mark Howard (Katie) of Lilburn, Georgia and J. Gregory Howard of Atlanta; and her grandchildren, Collin Howard, U. S. Marines and Julia Howard Grosch (Dan) of Charlotte. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
