He is survived by: his significant other Lois; his daughters, Victoria Bowlin (Larry), Kimberli Carpenter (Jay) and Natasha Bishop; his grandchildren, Thomas Bowlin (Ellen), Danielle Bowlin, Kathleen Carpenter, Morgan Carpenter, Troy Carpenter and Kayla Tate (Myles); his great grandchildren, Emilia Marie Bowlin and James Rich Bowlin; and his siblings, Sybil Eldridge, Elizabeth Ethridge, June Wallace Morris (James), James Lemuel Hall Jr. (Linda), Lois Maxine Thomas Hall, Bill Hall, Wallace Hall, Douglas Hall, Jack Hall and Lavon Hall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
