He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jane Clemons and Earl Troy Duda; and his brothers, Earl Duda and John Duda. He is survived by: his wife Carol Koutlas Duda; and his children, David Duda Jr., Lisa Duda Mayo, Emily Brannon, Amanda Day and Tara Koutlas. He is also survived by spouses; 16 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
