She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Eugene "Gene" and Betty Fay Lemons Higgins; her husband Phillip "Flip" Harpe; her children, Heather Carroll (Chris) and Jarrett Harpe; her grandchildren, Taylor Carroll, Reese Carroll and Peyton Carroll; and her sister Terri Cottle. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
