She was predeceased by: her mother Annie Maude Norman Stephens. She is survived by: her father Reverend Johnny J. Stephens; her sons, Greg Hollingsworth and Eddie Hollingsworth (Lauri); her grandchildren, Summer Moody (Mark), Skylar Hollingsworth and Lex Hollingsworth; her great grandchildren, Kiptyn Hollingsworth and Hudson Moody; her brother Eddie Frank; her sister-in-law Glenda Stephens; and her sister Marie Stephens. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
