He is survived by: his wife Jane Hollingsworth; his son Brad Hollingsworth (Shonda); his stepchildren, Jason McKinney (Kelly) and Tammi Lodge; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Lazenby (Will), Ty Hollingsworth, Cody McKinney, Nick McKinney, John Daniel Moss, Gabrielle Moss and Cheyli McCausland; and his siblings, Joan Willamon and Lawrence Hollingsworth. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
