He is survived by: his wife Lynn Cook; his children, Hannah Tippens (Bailey) and Matthew Edward Cook; his granddaughter Hadley Tippens; and his siblings, Jeff Cook, Michael Cook, Kathy Green, Heather Pruett and Jennifer Edwards. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
