Joyce (Griffin, Georgia), born in Saint Simons Island, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 25, 2024 at the age of 68. He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Lawton Joyce and Sarah Lucille Southard Joyce; and his brother Larry Joyce. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Joyce; his daughter Valerie Joyce of Athens, GA; and his siblings, Allida Joyce of Roanoke, VA and Jack Joyce of Bainbridge, GA. He is also survived by his niece and nephews.
