She was predeceased by: her parents, A. R. Pittman and Lucille Pittman; and her husband Curtis Pitts. She is survived by: her siblings, David Pittman and Hazel Flournoy; her daughter Teresa; her son-in-law Mike Mallory; her grandchildren, Emily Lewis (Jeremy Lewis) and Evan Mallory; and her great grandchild Nolan Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
