She was predeceased by: her parents, Antoni Bielecki and Helena Wojnar Bielecki; her husband Henry J. Magusiak; and her siblings, Edward C. Bielecki and Leah B. Misiolek.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Joanne M. Miller of Alpharetta, GA, Michael Magusiak (Wendy) of Westlake, TX, Dr. David Magusiak (Sarah) of Griffin, GA and Mr Thomas Magusiak (Alicia) of Arlington, TN.; and her sister Virginia Makosky (Waldz) of Warren, OH. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family is requesting donations be sent to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, or the Eternal Hope Hospice in Griffin, GA.
