She was predeceased by: her parents, James Pyron Evans and Helen Polk Evans; her husband Homer G. Williams; and her sister Shirley Clary. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Williams (Gail), Robby Williams (Vickey), Lisa Boyd, Kevin Williams and Kathy Smith (Percy); her grandchildren, Jason Williams (Tish), Steven Boyd (Rose), Samuel Boyd, Laura Boyd, Erin Williams and Evan Williams (AJ); her great grandchildren, Keagan, Sadie, Ellie, Evie, Emma and Bella; and her siblings, Pat Dozier (George), Jim Evans (Judy) and Ricky Evans (Dolores). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. She never met a book she didn't read and read over 400 books during COVID.
