Frances Cavender Martin Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Cavender Martin of Griffin, Georgia, who passed away on October 17, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jabous Walter Cavender and Geneva Rackley Cavender; her son Randy Scott Martin; and her sisters, Josie Shavers, Ann Burnett, Paulette Wilkes, Lee Cavender and Carlin Landers.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry Eugene Martin; her children, Cassie Moreland of Williamson, Melissa Martin (Missie) of Decatur, Clay Dunn of Griffin, Clint Dunn (Vanessa) of Pennsylvania and Brian Martin of Barnesville; her grandchildren, Aaron Dunn, Austin Culberson (Alexandra), Meghan Dunn, Melissa Phillips, Jordan Dunn and Gavin Dunn; her great grandchildren, Caden Culberson, Nikolai Culberson and Milo Culberson; and her siblings, Vickie Dubose (Tommy), Patsy Griffin, Rachel Thompson, Ricky Cavender and Jake Cavender (Paula). She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
