He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Daugherty Shirlock; his wife Betty Chambers; his children, Brad Chambers (Kym) and Leslie Yeoman (Aaron); his grandchildren, Levi Crowe, Savanna Chambers and Ethan Sanders; his brother Stephen Shirlock; his nieces and nephews, Tabitha Henderson, Amy Collier, Bryan Crosby, Matt Strickland and Jason Stansell; and his sister-in-law Carol Connley (John). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces, nephews.
