She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Bohanan and Ethel Bohanan; her former husband Gene Osborne (late Hiram Dixon); her children, Mikey Goolsby and Ricky Goolsby; and her granddaughter Brittany Deaton.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Barragan and Steven Osborne, Sr. (Pamela); and her grandchildren, Laura Ann Goolsby, Candice Renee Dyal (Keith), Amber Michelle Wesolko (Tommy), Summer Dawn Pointer, Steven Douglas Osborne, Jr. (Kelly), Kira Rose Galloway (Gus), Jared Osborne (Angel) and Brooke Miller (Matt). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
