He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Edward and Shirley Bloomer; his grandparents, Robert, Pauline McGhee, Mack and Ida Bloomer; and his grandfather-in-law Ida Campagnano.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his son Gregory; his brother Eddie; his sister-in-law Melanie Bloomer; his mother-in-law Carol Chouinard; his sister-in-law Denise Demanti; his sister Christine; his brother-in-law Michael Glennon; and his nieces and nephews, Jamie Riess, Ashely, Max Martin, Ryan Ogden, Kayla Bloomer, Austin, Brooke Bloomer, Mason Evans and Elizabeth Evans. He is also survived by friends and coworkers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Spalding County Athletic Association.
