He is survived by: his wife Peggy Pass Blackmon; his daughter Jennifer Warren (Darren); his grandchildren, Adam Warren and Meghan Warren; his siblings, Barbara Utley and Gary Blackmon; and his siblings-in-law, Chance and Linda Pitts. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
