It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isabel Greene Ballard of Griffin, Georgia, born in Thomaston, Georgia, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Wright and Yola Natalie Kidwell Greene; her son Dave Metts; and her siblings-in-law, Gwyn Ballard and Ruby Ann Castles.
She is survived by: her husband Perry Young Ballard; her son Stacey Metts (Lisa) of Griffin; her grandchildren, Brian Metts (Melissa) of Macon, Tyler Metts (Allie) of Griffin, Summer Metts of Griffin and Sarah Metts of Zebulon; her great grandchildren, John, Adeline, Lily, Savanna, Bryden, Aveah, Ansiley and Bradley; her siblings, Dianne Yelvington (Richard) of Pierson, FL, Cindy Reeder of Tyler, TX and Raleigh Greene of Flint, TX; and her sister-in-law Nikki Ellard.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorials be made to Brightmoor Hospice, 3247 Newnan Road, Griffin, GA 30223, in memory of Mrs. Ballard.
