He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher L. Owen and Nora Lee Wilder Owen; and his sister Peggy Fortner. He is survived by: his wife Evangeline Owen; his children, Peggie Susan Higgins, Melissa Anne Irvin and Timothy L. Owen (Christene); his grandchildren, Laura Owen, Chase Neel, Maddox Owen, Memphis Owen and Cole Owen; and his great grandchild Avery Neel.
